Still not happy with your product? Or is it broken? That's annoying. We will try to solve that together with you!
Exchange or return
Not completely satisfied with your purchase or would you rather not have the item? No problem. At Webxclusive you can exchange or return an item within 14 days. It is important that the product is returned to us complete, unused and in the original undamaged packaging.
Products that are damaged or used are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Intimate products, such as sex toys, lingerie and underwear, of which the packaging has been opened and/or the seal has been broken, cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons.
Broken or incomplete delivered
Is your product not doing what it should do upon delivery?
Then we recommend that you first review the manual. Perhaps you can already solve the problem yourself so that you can use your product right away and do not have to return it.
Is your product still not working after this?
We find that really annoying of course. We will try to solve it together with you. Send us an email in which you describe the problem and we will discuss the best solution with you.
If you want to exchange a product, or want your money back, you must submit a request to our customer service with the withdrawal form. Always state the item concerned and your invoice number. After receipt of the application, you will receive further instructions by e-mail about further processing. After the items have been received, the purchase amount will be transferred to your account.
